Here at R&S Services, WE DO IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME! No matter if your needs are the basics or if you need custom work done we put 150% into every job we do.
Basic Lawn Care can be a one time service or we can set up a schedule that works best. Typically our yards are set up on a 7, 10, or 14 day service schedule. This is to done to insure we are able to meet our clients needs on time.
The basic service consits of:

Mowing,

Weedeating,
-
and blowing grass clipping off of concrete areas.
Additional services that you could add in:

Inistial clean up (speeds up the future services and allows us to offer them at a cheaper rate)

Flower beds (weeding, mulch, decrative rock, etc)

Grass seed

When it comes to seasonal Clean up it is best to stay on top of this it makes the rest of the year so much easier.
We offer:

spring clean up -we will take care of the left over leaves and branches that have fallen over the winter. It also includes gutters and getting leaves out of flower beds.

fall clean up- it is best to maintain the leaves as they pile up, this will help in keeping your cost down when the next year hits. We will strive to emilinate as many leaves as we can that have already fallen. This can be done either bi-weekly if you have alot of trees or a one time thing. we will either mulch the leaves up or haul them off. this is up to you and whatever fits your budget.
When it comes to house cleaning we have a great team that will either do the basic cleaning or a custom cleaning.
Basic includes typlical cleaning, such as: floors, bathrooms, kitchen wipe down, window sills, and dusting.
Custom cleaning can include: laundry, base boards, wiping out cabinets, clean refrigerator, vacuuming furniture, and inside windows.
*Real Estate Cleaning- if you are a renter and have a list from the company your renting from for their clean out we will base our pricing on that, and if the company has any issues we will return to fix it at no extra cost.
We do offer both hauling of items or moving services.
Hauling- if you need things hauled from one location to another or if you simply need it hauled to the landfill.
Moving- we will move you both locally and across country, we do not perfer packing the boxes but we do pack the truck and will unpack it.
